Zulqarnain Ansari is a pioneering UX and design leader in Pakistan with more than 23 years of experience across user experience, digital product design, creative business development, and innovation.

He is the founder and CEO of Experts Desk, Pakistan’s first UX studio. Throughout his career, he has combined creative thinking, analytical insight, and business strategy to build design teams, lead digital initiatives, and help organisations create meaningful user experiences.

Previously, Zulqarnain led UX departments at Systems Limited and ROZEE.PK. His professional portfolio includes work associated with brands and organisations such as TeamViewer, McDonald’s, Zong, Freeman, Dooney & Bourke, Mattress Firm, KUIU, Rebecca Taylor, Sapphire, and Khaadi.

As an educator, trainer, and mentor, he helps professionals, design teams, entrepreneurs, and startups apply AI, user research, design thinking, and digital transformation methodologies to real-world challenges. He has also served as visiting faculty at Beaconhouse National University, teaching user research, immersive design, augmented reality, and virtual reality design methodologies.
