Hi My name is Gail, I was born and raised in a 3rd World country, the Philippines.When my family and I emigrated to the United States over twenty years ago, I experienced many challenges. I'm blessed that I am culturally diverse and have the ability to learn and speak different languages.

I'm a mother of two beautiful and bright children. They are the highlight of my world. They are two of my brightest driving motivational forces.

I'm a messenger of health ,fitness , and wellness. I love helping change people's lives. I love volunteering in different charities and fundraising events.
