• Introducing Learning & Development in organizations, where no systematic education or knowledge sharing exists
• Implementation and adoption of Learning Management Systems (LMS), Knowledge Management and Collaboration tools (DMS, Intranet, Internal Social Media)
• Designing and managing comprehensive learning programs and initiatives (soft skills, digital skills, professional compentencies)
• Managing Leadership and Talent programs
• Training and workshops´ facilitation
• Developing internal learning communities and facilitating a culture of knowledge sharing
