I researched care options for my mother who was a quadriplegic for 14 years until she passed away on Jan. 1, 2017, and my mother-in-law who had Alzheimer's and died in 2007. After being a facilitator for an Alzheimer's Association Caregiver Support Group for 12 years we formed an independent group, Amazing Grace Caring Guidance.

Our goal is for Amazing Grace Caring Guidance to share what we know about caregiving, self-care, chronic medical and end-of-life issues, and grief support with people seeking answers and support. We want to help people negotiate life when caring for family medical needs seems overwhelming, and let them know there are people who understand and are willing to offer ideas, wisdom, listen.
