Katrina Zwaaf
Cataloging and Metadata Librarian in New Jersey
My name is Katrina Zwaaf. I received my MLIS from Rutgers University School of Communication and Information in 2018. I currently work as the Cataloging and Metadata Librarian at the Somerset County Library System of NJ where I catalog children’s materials as well as digitize and create metadata for historical items.
I am an active member of the NJ Library Association. I am a member of the NJLA Technical Services and Collection Development Section and have served as section secretary, and vice president and am currently serving as President during the 2022/2023 year. I was also chosen to participate in the NJLA Emerging Leaders Program in 2021.
