David Zwadlo

Zwadlo is a journalist from Soest in Germany. His passions are writing, photographing and filming.

He is born in Tarnowitz, Poland. With the age of three he immigrated to Germany and grew up in Unna, Essen and Soest. He visited the Helmholtz-Gymnasium in Essen and the Archigymnasium in Soest. In 2003 he finished school with "Allgemeine Hochschulreife". He started to study "Betriebswirtschaftslehre" in Greifswald, 2005 he changed to "Regionalwissenschaften China" in Cologne. He learned to speak and write Chinese in Beijing, China, and Danshui, Taiwan. He visited China, Malaysia and Singapoore as a backpacker.

After finishing his studies in 2007 he started to work as a freelancer for the local newspaper Soester Anzeiger. In 2008 he additionally started to work as a videojournalist. In April 2009 Zwadlo started to work as a "Redaktionsvolontär" for the Soester Anzeiger and for Yourzz.fm. He finishes his education in June 2011.

David Zwadlo has two children.
