Zwi Bieringer

Glendale, California

Born in Israel and raised in Germany, Zwi Bieringer’s first real estate project was in 1982 with the 25th Street Historic District in Ogden, Utah, a winter skiing hub north of Salt Lake City. Zwi was supported by United States Senator Orrin Hatch, Senator Jake Garn, and Congressman Dan Marriott for bringing a sense of confidence to the area which enhanced the historic district’s development. Zwi’s work included the establishment of a French restaurant at which Utah’s Governor Scott Matheson dined to recognize Zwi’s vision of economic growth. Twenty-Fifth Street has since become an attraction to the Northern Utah landscape.
In Southern California, Zwi focuses on residential real estate. After purchasing and selling a home, he realized the importance of homeownership to individuals, families, and community. Zwi also has extensive experience with whole house water systems and solar power that gives him a successful reference palate in home improvement options and projects. His residence in the Glendale/Eagle Rock area provides him with a pulse on what is happening in the region.
