I'm a marketing analytics leader with proven success in designing and scaling unified measurement frameworks for premium brands, leveraging my 20+ years of diverse experience in analytics, business development, consulting, finance, management, marketing and operations. Equally comfortable as both a leader and an operator, I’ve led expansive consulting engagements for globally dispersed teams as an account lead, analytic lead and project manager. As a practitioner, I combine statistical acumen, technical proficiencies and domain knowledge in order to skillfully blend data from disparate sources, build stable and repeatable models, and shape results into meaningful reporting and insights. My essential skill as a consultant is my ability to translate and distill complex statistical outputs into easily digestible findings for non-quantitative audiences, including C-level executives, ultimately influencing behavior through data-driven insights. Most recently, I’ve scaled my efforts organization-wide to oversee delivery with a broad remit across operations, finance, client management, analytic oversight, resource planning, and team training, driving internal process improvement and ensuring delivery excellence.
