I am the Director of Human Resources at The St. Regis Hotels and Resorts at Marriott International, bringing a wealth of experience in both human resources and legal advisory roles within the luxury hospitality industry.

Prior to my current role, I served as Human Resources Manager at One&Only Portonovi at Kerzner International,and as Legal Advisor / Assistant Human Resources Manager at The Chedi Lustica Bay, where I played a key role in shaping HR strategies and ensuring compliance within high-end resort environments. My journey also includes experience as a Senior Legal Associate at Mercator Montenegro and as a Legal Advisor in a foreign-owned company managing luxury dining and retail outlets in Sveti Stefan, Montenegro.

My legal background was exceptionally developed in 2016, when I worked as a Legal Associate in a top-tier law office in Podgorica. In this role, I contributed to the World Bank’s Doing Business Project 2017, and was recognized for expertise in Taxes, Labor Market, and Employment in Montenegro. I also gained expertise as a Legal Advisor in a rapidly expanding recruitment agency specializing in placing talent in prestigious 4- and 5-star hotels across the UAE, Qatar, and Kuwait.

Beyond my professional career, I am a positive and solution-oriented person, always believing that there are no unsolvable problems. I thrive on learning new things, meeting new people, and exploring different perspectives. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, watching great action movies, and sports.
