خلال مسيرتي المهنية قدت وأسهمت في تصميم وتنفيذ مبادرات وبرامج تنموية بالتعاون مع جهات حكومية ومنظمات دولية ومؤسسات إقليمية مع تركيز على مواءمة المهارات مع احتياجات سوق العمل وتعزيز الإنتاجية ورفع كفاءة المؤسسات.

أشغل حاليًا منصب الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة مدى إفكت للاستشارات الاقتصادية وأنا حاصل على جائزة البركس للتنمية لعام 2021 (BRICS Development Award 2021) تقديرًا لإسهاماتي في مجالات التنمية وتنمية رأس المال البشري.

With over 28 years of professional experience, I specialize in business development, institutional systems design, human capital development, and economic growth strategies.

Throughout my career, I have led and contributed to major development initiatives in partnership with government entities, international organizations, and regional institutions. My work focuses on aligning skills with labor market needs, enhancing productivity, and strengthening institutional effectiveness.

I currently serve as the CEO of Mada Effect Economic Consulting, and I am a recipient of the BRICS Development Award (2021) for my contributions to development and human capital advancement.
