I've been designing internet sites/apps since the successful debut of our travel portal at the 1995 White House Conference on Travel & Tourism. Technology has changed, career titles have fluctuated, but the one thread throughout has been integrating design into the user experience.

Moving through numerous projects in various start-ups (and shut-downs) and consultancy practices, my focus has always been making the user successful. If you can understand the users, their wants and needs, you can design software that very often exceeds their expectations.
