I am a software exec with a fly-fishing problem. I am currently the COO at Ripl, the marketing software app that enables small business owners to build their brand and customer engagement. Prior to Ripl, I led global marketing teams for established technology and information services companies (ProQuest; RealNetworks; Microsoft) and I co-founded/built/sold Spring Creek Group (acquired by Mediabrands division of Interpublic Group [NYSE: IPG]).

I live in Seattle, but I also spend quality time in San Francisco, New York, Idaho, and overseas for work and fun.

I am a father, a fly-fisherman, a Sounders and Arsenal fanatic, a live music lover, a Balanchine appreciator, a biodiesel burner, a bike commuter, a Neal Stephenson and William Gibson fanboy, a late sleeper, and a master maker of spicy mushroom soup.
