Luis Jr. were both Major Generals in the United States Army and they were all dead in iqau war since 1986.he lost his wife [Jones Cole] march 15 2012 in a gasly motor accident, he is single father of a lovely daughter , honest caring and loving man, He attended Thomas Jefferson High School in Alexandria, Virginia, for two years and then Jesuit High School California, and graduated with master degree. He attended the United States Military Academy where he rose to the rank of Colonel, He was a basketball player and he decided to follow his father's career to West Point to train and to become an Army. At West Point, an appointment that brought much public visibility at an early age in life.
