DANIEL AKINYEMI AYOMIDE (MR. IMPACT)

Daniel Akinyemi Ayomide, popularly known as Mr. Impact, is a youth leader, mathematician, motivational speaker, SDG Advocate, entrepreneur, and community development strategist passionate about empowering young people and creating meaningful social impact.

Currently a graduating Mathematics student of Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED), Nigeria, Daniel has distinguished himself through leadership, mentorship, education, and youth-focused initiatives aimed at helping individuals discover purpose, maximize opportunities, and become solution-driven leaders.

Leadership, Civic Engagement & Social Impact

Daniel is the Founder of the Daniel Impact Initiative (DII), a non-governmental organization established to inspire, empower, and positively transform lives through leadership, mentorship, education, and community-based projects. The organization officially launched on May 25, 2026, with its maiden outreach themed “Operation Possibility” held at Ogbo Community Comprehensive High School, Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State.

He currently serves as the Team Lead of YALI Network Ogun TASUED Chapter, where he has led several impactful virtual and physical programs focused on leadership, academic excellence, youth empowerment, financial literacy, and personal development. Under his leadership, the chapter has collaborated with organizations including JCI TASUED, ENACTUS TASUED, Cowrywise Ambassadors TASUED, and Hult Prize TASUED.

Daniel also serves as the Program Officer for Cowrywise Ambassadors TASUED, promoting financial literacy and responsible financial management among students and young leaders.

In addition, he served as the 18th President of the National Association of Mathematical Science Students of Nigeria (NAMSSN), TASUED Chapter, where he led several academic, leadership, and community development initiatives including orientation programs, tutorials, summits, outreaches, and student engagement activities. Prior to this role, he served as the 17th Vice President of NAMSSN TASUED Chapter.

At the regional level, Daniel currently serves as the Public Relations Officer (PRO) for NAMSSN Southwest Region, where he contributes to strengthening communication, visibility, and collaboration among Mathematics students across tertiary institutions in Southwestern Nigeria.

Mentorship, Motivation & Personal Development

Daniel is passionate about youth development and personal transformation. Through mentorship, coaching, public speaking, and digital influence, he has inspired and impacted thousands of young people across different platforms.

He is widely recognized for his motivational teachings on leadership, purpose discovery, academic excellence, discipline, and self-development. Through his platform, The Impact Journal, he shares transformational and purpose-driven content aimed at helping young people grow intentionally and live impactfully.

One of his notable initiatives is the “Journey Unto Lasting You (JULY SERIES)”, a motivational campaign focused on growth, purpose, and intentional living.

Popularly known as “Mr. Impact,” Daniel believes true leadership is measured by impact, influence, and the number of lives transformed.

Beyond leadership and mentorship, Daniel is an entrepreneur and the Founder of DABEST REAL ESTATE, a growing real estate brand focused on providing reliable and value-driven real estate solutions while promoting financial growth and investment awareness.
