I believe people need to discover what makes them happy and then use their strengths and talents to share with others and make the world a better place.

I'm happy when I am creating, building, planning, learning and yes, even entertaining. I built an e-commerce company and sold it. I renovated a building in the Chestnut Street National Historic District and turned it into a live music venue which I also sold. I often spend my weekends playing lead guitar in an 80s Rock Tribute called PARAMOUNT. My weekdays are spent as an Instructor in the Department of Informatics in the College of Business and Entrepreneurship at Fort Hays State University.

I'm inspired by the work of other entrepreneurs like Alexis Ohanian and Tony Hsieh as well as the guitar work of Eddie Van Halen and Neal Schon.
