As a psychologist trained in Counseling and Guidance, I love working with people, empowering and assisting them achieve their goals. A people-oriented approach to life has currently led me to work on offering psychosocial support to refugee populations in Greece.

I enjoy being an active member of my local community and that’s why the past years I’ve dedicated my time and skills to a social impact volunteer group. As an executive member of that team, I have played a key role in developing and implementing actions that benefit and motivate vulnerable social groups.

An online media and new technologies enthusiast, as well as a firm believer in life-long learning, I have taken part in online and in person courses and seminars, aspiring to acquire information on various fields of sciences and knowledge. Being able to share this knowledge with others in a framework of cooperation and mutual respect is a crucial part of my daily interactions.

I go by the motto "when in doubt, use humor" and it has never failed me so far! I am interested in meeting colleagues and making new connections, gaining useful experiences along the way, that will contribute to my continuous development as a person and a professional psychologist.
