HARON OICHOE

Mr. Oichoe Haron is a Founder and Director Green Economy Alliance. Before founding this Organisation, Mr. Oichoe headed various organisations which propelled his career towards becoming a a green economy expert. Mr. Oichoe headed the National Youth Green growth Secretariat, that steered various projects and programmes that focused on Youth empowerment towards transitioning to a greener economy. Mr. Oichoe is a board member for the RCE Greater-Nairobi, President, Africa Youth Partnership Initiative for Development Cooperation,Head of Mission of the Pan- African Youth Conference on Hazardous Chemicals and Waste Management,Co-Chair for the Africa-Japan Youth Assembly on Africa's Development,Principal Coordinator for the Turkish-Africa Youth Council, green economy youth ambassador to the OECD and 3GF and in his previous position as the Director, Communications and Liaison at the International Center for Research in Sustainable Development, he worked towards hastening the green growth conversation across different sectors.
