Greetings, I’m Joshua Dreyer. Thank you for visiting my page! I’m a student at Baruch College living in Long Island, New York. I have a deep passion for real estate specifically Multi-Family Real Estate. I see lots of improvements that need to be made on this side of the business.

Integrity is a value that is rarely seen by many of the landlords in New York City today. Many tenants being disrespected and ignored by their landlords is what is causing a lack of trust/faith from new renters going out and looking for a new apartment.

Now, you might be wondering why are some landlords horrible at their job and what do they ignore? The things that landlords ignore can seem very small but it can affect their business drastically in the long run. They can ignore anything from delaying to fix the heat in the apartment, returning a security deposit two months after the tenant moved out or not replacing a broken oven that has been sitting inside an apartment for over a month. None of these situations are acceptable.

Real Estate is a business that is supposed to be all about trust and building great relationships with your clients. You can't be cheap. When I see some landlords say that their tenants come first I get very frustrated because they don't back that statement up by taking the necessary action when situations arise.

The solution to all of this is, in my opinion, is making sure everyone from the super of a building to the CEO does their job with responsibility and full-care. As a result, I know that there will be many people knocking on your door to rent an apartment, which means more revenue for the company.
