Katherine Raabe here! I'm currently living in Dayton, Ohio with my hard working husband and our beautiful daughter. When we moved here I struggled with ideas of what to do next. As much as I love working in a nursing home and talking with the elderly and their families the long hours and changing weekly rotations were not ideal for our family. I realized that there are so many ways that I can still contribute. I still get questions about this and that especially from friends and family. So I thought this would be a great way to share not only my thoughts but also my experiences as a nurse working with the elder community.
