keletsomohlala
Greetings, my name is Keletso Mohlala. As a third-year Bachelor of Education student at the esteemed University of Johannesburg, and a tutor at Inhlonipho Student Life I am passionate about becoming an educator who inspires, empowers, and positively influences the lives of learners. I believe that education is more than the transfer of knowledge it is about creating opportunities, nurturing confidence, and helping individuals reach their full potential. My academic journey has strengthened my communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills while reinforcing my commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth.
I approach every opportunity with enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. Through my studies, I have developed an appreciation for inclusive and learner-centred education, and I strive to become a teacher who creates a supportive environment where every learner feels valued and encouraged to succeed. I am motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the education sector and to continue growing both academically and professionally as I prepare for my future career.
Beyond academics, I enjoy living a balanced and fulfilling life by engaging in activities that allow me to connect with people and experience new things. I am part of UJ community engagement, because i believe in giving back to the community. i also want to strengthen my leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving, skills. I actively participate in student life at the University of Johannesburg and enjoy attending cultural events such as Bapedi Bapedi, where students from different backgrounds come together to celebrate culture, diversity, and unity. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for South Africa's rich cultural heritage and the importance of inclusion. I also make an effort to stay informed about social and civic issues by participating in initiatives such as voting, as I believe that being an engaged citizen is just as important as academic success. Together, these interests have shaped me into an open-minded, socially aware, and well-rounded individual who values learning both inside and outside the classroom.
