Linda Levingston-Madrigal

Linda Levingston-Madrigal is a Senior Human Resource Business Partner.

Her most recent role was with Pactiv Evergreen, LLC and was responsible for managing the Human Resource Department in a union environment. At the facility, Linda supported the facility and her department through a corporate acquisition from an organization of 4,000 to an organization of 16,000.

Previously she was the Human Resource Manager and Operations Specialist at Nestle, USA where she was responsible for Human Resources, payroll, multiple training initiatives and California facilities operational support.

Her 20+ year career extends across business strategies, operations, training and development, learning strategy, continuous improvement, organizational development, policies, employee engagement, simple and complex investigations.

Linda's start as an HR Coordinator with a local mortgage company (Capital Pacific Mortgage) was quite happenstance.

Subsequently she returned to college to complete her B.A. She then returned to her HR career path as an HR Administrator (Valley Sun Products in Newman, CA) responsible for developing the HR Department to include policies and procedures in a bi-lingual and seasonal workforce, union free environment.

Since then, Linda's HR experience broadened as did the size of the companies she has worked for.

One of Linda's proud career accomplishments: She was chosen for the role of the company's (Securitas Security Services, USA) newly formed position as Area Training and Development Manager. She oversaw development and execution of learning strategies to support a five-city region covering over 350 miles and approximately 750 employees. Linda was often tapped by the Vice President of the Region to conduct high priority operational client meetings when the contract was in jeopardy.

Linda's most personal achievement is being the first in her family to earn both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree!
