I am passionate about building products that delight users, driven by data and experimentation.

I am highly curious, and proud of having delivered lasting value to clients and businesses. I also have quite enjoyed coaching product managers, helping them work in hard and soft skills to succeed in product discovery and delivery, and in their product careers.

With an engineering and Yale MBA background, I loved working in Fintech and travel product management, strategy and operations.

I have strong data driven problem solving experience with 10+ years working and leading agile/kanban teams. I developed and regularly presented product and GTM strategy to senior management/C-level executives.

I enjoy a combination of tactical and strategical work. I have owned and managed P&L over 5M EUR.

I also have startup experience, having developed product from scratch and raised capital (>1M EUR).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in Spanish, English and can speak conversational Italian.

Passionate about women in tech, having presented at industry conferences and webinars about the importance of mentorship and product management best practices . Most recently i am part of the #iamRemarkable initiative empowering women and encouraging self-promotion.

Part of AllWomen.tech having created and taught the curriculum for a Product Management bootcamp targeting women who want to change into a tech career. Currently in its 3rd Edition.
