Mark Anderson has been in the flower business for over twenty years - starting out with a large family shop and then as the creator of the FloristWare POS/CRM/Shop Management System for retail florists.
FloristWare takes a collaborative approach to development and this keeps Mark in close contact with florists from all over North America. This provides valuable insight into best practices that (with the client’s permission) is shared to help other florists be more successful.
Mark is also a contributor to Floral Management and Canadian Florist magazines and the first independent technology provider to serve as a member of the SAF Technology Committee. He also speaks at many events in the floral industry.
