About Me:
Throughout my 15-year career in multiple industries, I have experience in organization analysis, design and development, performance and succession planning, leadership development, executive coaching, talent acquisition, change management, and communications. My style is customer-centric, collaborative, and results-focused.
I grew up in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Appalachian State University and a Master of Science in Organization Development and Executive Coaching from Queens University of Charlotte.
I'm a mom of three amazing kids and two rescue fur babies. Volunteering at the Humane Society is a source of immense joy.
