I am an adaptable and diligent Electrical Power Engineer with extensive experience in High Voltage (HV) systems, Power Transmission and Distribution, network operations, maintenance, fault diagnosis, and electrical infrastructure management.

I am currently working with Botswana Power Corporation (BPC) in the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Department as an Area Engineer, responsible for the operation, maintenance, and performance of electrical distribution networks. My responsibilities include coordinating and supervising fault response and restoration, planned maintenance, network performance monitoring, outage management, safety compliance, and the execution of electrical infrastructure projects. I also provide technical leadership to field teams, ensure compliance with engineering and safety standards, and support continuous improvement of network reliability and availability.

My professional interests include power system protection, electrical network planning and analysis, High Voltage systems, asset management, renewable energy integration, and the application of innovative technologies to improve the reliability, efficiency, and resilience of electrical power systems.
