Natasha Gurrola

Hello! My name is Natasha Gurrola and welcome!! I am so happy to see you here, just to start a little bit about me. I am passionate about helping the community and offering my services to those in need. I have been a native of San Angelo for about 14 years and has been my home since then!

I am currently a Program Manager for the Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act at Concho Valley Workforce Solution. I currently have my Bachelor's and Master's in Social Work. I am in my first semester of obtaining my second Master's in Business Administration.

I have been with the workforce since 2023. I was able to move from career navigator, to lead, then to Program Manager in September 2024. I take my passion in helping individuals find their careers. I have been able to network with other community organizations to put WIOA in the spotlight and promote this program to our 13 counties which include Tom Green, Sterling, Coke, Reagan, Irion, Concho, Mcculloch, Mason, Menard, Schleicher, Crockett, Sutton, and Kimble. If you are 18 years old and do not know what you want to do when you grow up. You are thinking about college or you know what, college may not be your thing but you want to get your CDL, get an apprenticeship as an HVAC and/or plumber. We can help you in the WIOA program by providing training funding to pay for your school.
