Professinal Bio Pic:

In 1989, I passed out Senior Secondary (10+2) from commerce stream, and took admission in B.A. Simultaneously, I was searching job, and finally in 1991, I got Govt. job. Unfortunately, in 1998 due to unavoidable circumstance, I left the job. In this period my family circumstances not allowed to going outside home to do the job. Then, I started marketing of some product, to meet the financial expenses of my routine life. Honestly mentioned, I had no interest of marketing profession, but I had done about five years. Also, I learn a basic course of computer i.e MS-Word, Excel and Power point etc. and again searching job without any goal or target, as I had not any Professional qualification in any field except prior experience.

In 2004, I got the job in a FMCG company in semi-middle level, and start learning from routine job especially in MS excel and improved analytical skills. After sometime, company had decided to implement an ERP. In this implementation, I was core user. Till then, I had no goal or a target of my life. But, I want to do something new and innovative things to explore myself.

After learn new ERP, I had decided to set a goal to become the Expert/Consultant of this ERP and achieve the target on the basis of past domain and analytical knowledge. But, obstacle was that I had neither professional qualification nor any technical experience of the ERP. But, as per my potential, analytical thinking and being a passionate learner, I learned about ERP and extensively doing self-exploring about the ERP and make little bit scenarios in the ERP testing server and test accordingly to achieve the target, which I had set.

Finally in 2012, I became the Consultant of ERP and placed in the in-house team of a FMCG company and implement/support the ERP in the company. Now, I am Heading the ERP and leading the team of internal consultants.

It is a paradigm of me to boost up the learning, motivation, encouragement for future life and set the path.
