Ngong Hedwig Tvi is a Career Service Provider, Workshop Facilitator and Trainer who uses holistic insights and innovative tools for self discovery, to help and inspire people everyday by transforming them from being stuck on the corporate ladder into forward focused leaders who are on their way to the top.. She is very good at sourcing out and onboarding new talents for companies. Having been a Professional job seeker herself, she taps from her experiences in the job market to have a better insight of the challenges faced in the job hunt process.

Founder of The Leading Academy for Job Seekers (LAJS) and Co Founder/Administrative officer at Optics Teacher Training Institute, she works with hundreds of young professionals, preparing them on how to successfully fit into the ever-changing job market with ease. She equally runs a mentorship program under same academy. She is also member of the Pushfar community which links up mentors to mentees.

Previously, she was employed with GIVA CONSULTING SARL, charged with recruitment and onboarding of 100 agents, Societé 3Soeure MICHE, in charge of recruitment, training and supervision of over 200 field agents and 5 supervisors. She has also worked with The Dream Team marketing company to conduct a recruitment exercise of over 40 employees.

Ngong Hedwig Tvi obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree African Studies with an option in International Relations from the University of Dschang, holder of an mMBA from Kingston International University of America, A Certified Career Coach and Recruitment Consultant and a Certified Workshop Facilitator/Trainer
