Norton Akenga

What’s up, I’m Norton born and raised in Nairobi Kenya and a last born in a family of 2. well I come from Luhya community which is tribe that comes from the western part of Kenya.

I am introverted who enjoys making friends. (Don’t ask me how I do that) I perfectly enjoy watching quality movies, football and basketball games or using a personal computer during my spare time but nowadays with my small little menace around (My beautiful Daughter Leeann) who is barely a year old and so far the best gift that life has ever given me, I rarely get to do that in peace. I live in Nairobi Kenya with my fiancé/wife (both do apply since we are traditionally married but am yet to put a ring on it) but truth be told she is an amazing woman. Almost forgot I also do enjoy watching soccer, Arsenal is my favorite team (so that can tell you how much of patient guy I am) and am also a fan of Golden State Warrior (Dub Nation).

Places I've been to: I have been in Kenya most of my life but I got the chance to go to Uganda where I got my wife from.

Places I like to see: San Francisco CA, and The Emirates stadium (North London)

Favorite food: Ugali with chicken.

Crush: I have a thing for Kelly Rowland and Ugandan musician Sheebah Karungi. (I hopes my wife never gets to know about it)

Fun fact: I pretty much knows every lyrics to all the songs I loves and sings along to them when I am in the shower. (You wouldn’t want to hear the voice though)

I am a Telecommunications major from Multimedia University of Kenya but I accidentally found myself in the Coding world (Web Developer) . I have been with Samasource for 2 years and some few months now and I can say it has been an amazing journey.
