Hi, I’m Coach Oscar. I believe that how we work should enhance our lives, not drain them or trap us in cycles of “same-ness”.

With 15 years across banking and e-commerce, I’ve experienced firsthand the demands of high-performance environments and the quiet toll they take on even the most capable professionals.

That experience shaped my work today as a Leadership, Strategy, and Emerging Markets Advisor and UNIDO-certified Consultant.

I help professionals and executives break through stagnation, scale with clarity, and sustain peak performance. I’ve consulted for organizations including IBM, National Insurance Corporation, Tanzania, and Durban University of Technology (DUT), and many other organizations, and trained 100+ professionals across industries.

What I know for sure is that when individuals recharge, reframe, and reconnect with purpose, they don’t just perform better; it strengthens an entire organizations.
