Hi, I'm Paris Shanks. I currently attend SOAS, university of London. Apart from my educational studies, I am interested in Music - of all genres - and regularly attend live performances. I am curious about other cultures, living in a multicultural city has fed into my desire to travel in order to truly immerse myself into other cultures. I am an avid reader, most recently I have been interested in on the topic of philosophy - my most recent read is the Object of ideology by Slavoj Žižek.
