Robert Reiwer

I am an experienced Finance Leader with Global Expertise who helps multinational organizations transform complex financial data into actionable business strategies. I specialize in financial management within not only Global Business Services (GBS) and Shared Services Centers (SSC), but also within internal finance departments. I do combine a global mindset with local operational expertise.

My background includes leading high-performing finance teams, enhancing planning and forecasting (FP&A) processes, and acting as a strategic business partner to C-level executives. My approach centers on shifting finance teams from being "controllers" to proactive "business partners" who collaborate with sales and operations to drive growth.

I am currently seeking new challenges as a Finance Director, Head of Finance, CFO, or FP&A & Controlling leader. I am open to opportunities in Poland (Warsaw, Krakow), as well as remote or international roles.

Outside of work, I am passionate about sailing, skiing, technology, and good coffee.
