About Me
I’m a certified International Welding Engineer (IWE) with a graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Manufacturing Engineering. With over 10 years of experience, I have worked as a Welding Engineer, Welding Coordinator, Welding Designer, and Hydraulic Engineer in diversified segments as oil & gas, welding of Railway vehicles and components, Structural fabrications, Process piping and pressure piping, heavy fabrication and general manufacturing.

As a Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 and a QA/QC expert, I specialize in welding quality management and ensuring compliance with international standards. I have successfully faced and managed audits for API Q1, API 4F, API 6A, API 16A, ISO 3834, EN 1090, and EN 15085 standards.

My expertise includes critical systems such as piping, BOPs (Blowout Preventers), PAR Modules - pre-Assembled Rack modules, Welding of Railway vehicles and components and hydraulic systems — including hydraulic cylinders and power units .

Specialize in welding exotic metals like Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy, and duplex/super duplex stainless steels for high-pressure and clad piping. I have qualified over 250 Welding Procedure Specifications & Procedure Qualification Records (WPS & PQR and more than 500 welders compliant with codes and standards of ASME Sec IX, ASME B 31.3, AWS D1.1, AWS D1.6, EN ISO 15614, EN ISO 15613, EN ISO 9606, EN 14732 and DNV Offshore Structures DNV-OS-C401

Previously, I worked with Montan Hydraulik, a German organization, on global hydropower projects; with KS Drilling, focusing on API drilling rigs’ masts and substructures development; and I was deputed to SWOP Engineering (formerly Hydril, a GE company) for contract manufacturing of BOPs for HMH Drilling — a Baker Hughes and Akastor company.

I also focus on welding quality management and reverse engineering for drilling rig equipments such as Mast & Substructures designed per API 4F.

Currently, I am working with Technomak Energy International, UAE. where my ongoing assignments include PAR module fabrication and B31.3 process and pressure piping projects.
