Russell Noel

Russell Noel is a seasoned technology leader with 30 years of international experience in the Information Technology industry that has been spent helping organizations to design, develop, and implement cutting edge technology products and solutions that are in alignment with their business objectives. He has extensive experience leading multi-million dollar, cross functional and high-profiled technical programs crossing multiple geographies and business domains.

Russell's IT career started out 30 years ago as a Software Engineer/Developer and rose up through the ranks of Software Development Manager and then to Project & Program Management. Other roles Russell has held over the years has been as an IT Director, Solutions Manager, Professional Services Manager and VP of Professional Services.

Russell has a conscientious “can do”, “get it done” attitude and a great passion for product and customer success. He is an advocate for change and process improvement and has a history of high customer satisfaction through organization of information systems for higher first-time quality and faster business processes.

Russell firmly believes in the "Pay It Forward" philosophy and takes great pride in not only sharing his experiences with others, but also by providing coaching, mentoring and training to young rising techies.
