Sara Harmon, an alumna of Ithaca College's Roy H. Park School of Communications, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in integrated marketing communications and was actively involved in the Honors Program and the Leadership Scholars Program. With a cumulative GPA of 3.9, Sara earned membership in Phi Kappa Phi and Lambda Pi Eta. Following graduation, Sara has pursued positions combining graphic design and creative writing.

Sara completed five internships since the fall of 2012. Most recently, during the summer of 2015, she returned to Pratt & Whitney, headquartered in East Hartford, Connecticut, to work as the operations and supply chain communications intern. One of her largest responsibilities was helping to integrate business practices for the One Company Supply Chain initiative between Pratt & Whitney and Pratt & Whitney Canada.

In 2014, Sara and her teammate earned second place in the national 2014 Media Plan Case Competition organized by the Washington Media Scholars Foundation.
