I am focused on optimizing the interactions between Universities and third parties to achieve the most impactful outcomes in the most efficient and mutually-beneficial ways.

I do this in two ways: first, helping Universities leverage their brand while protecting it, and second, by helping Universities and third parties optimize their partnerships in new, innovative, and original ways, that engage all corners of both institutions.

At the end of the exercise we arrive at a win-win. (Sometimes, a win-win-win, depending on how many entities are involved in the discussions).
