In brief…

You can learn more about my [Pamela's] Nonviolent Communication resource-blog,, as well as our free, monthly NVC sangha (telepractice) here:

(Link above is comprised of a drop down menu, which is partially alphabetized, midway through.)

Our sangha is a dialogue-lab that draws inspiration from a variety of influences, including John Kinyon's 3Chairs Conversations Project.

We most often meet on the second Sunday of each month at 7 pm/ET (email us to receive all the relevant contact information to join in).

Please also feel free to reach out with any questions and/or feedback you may have, as well.

Best mediate one's life wishes and may your forays be fruitful,

by Thich That Hahn

"A sangha is a community of friends practicing the dharma together in order to bring about and to maintain awareness. The essence of a sangha is awareness, understanding, acceptance, harmony and love..." (continues:

Quotes by Marshall Rosenberg:

"Every time I mess up is a chance to practice."

"Never question the beauty of what you are saying because someone reacts with pain, judgment, criticism. It just means they have not heard you."

"Our survival as a species depends on our ability to recognize that our well-being and the well-being of others are in fact one and the same."
