Ishola, David Taiwo, is a mid-career professionals and a young researcher of repute. He hails from Babanloma Ifelodun local government Area of kwara state. Over the years, he has bagged to his credit lots of professional experiences ranging from online international Diploma in Food Safety from Alison.com, B.Sc. degree in Chemistry from University of Ilorin in year 2009, M.Tech in Food Science and Technology (option in food chemistry and analysis) from the Federal University of Technology Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria. Trained specialist on analytical procedures and the use of some analytical instruments.
Ishola, David Taiwo, a Chemist and a Food Scientist with the Nigerian Stored Products Research Institute, employed on 30th of November, 2011 as Research officer II and has risen to Senior Research Officer. Taiwo is a passionate researcher with unquenchable thirst for excellence.
David Ishola current research area spans and focuses on Strategic functional Food products development, evaluation of food composition, Correlation of nutrition and health, preventing and treating diseases through nutrition (food as therapy), food chemistry and analysis, food safety and technology, food biotechnology, food waste and post- harvest utilizations, water as food et. cetera.
Taiwo had to his credit several Journal publications in Europe, Asia, Africa and Nigeria. A member of Nigerian Institute of Food Science and Technology, Institute of Public Analyst of Nigeria and Nigerian Institute of Management and many others. He is currently seeking for a Ph.D studies with scholarship in a reputation institution with expert knowledge in his research area to further strengthens his intellectual ability and boost his requisite robust research capacity to achieve great and sustainable impact in solving complex food-health problems. Being down to details and ready to learn always, David Ishola looks forward to further collaborate with international researchers to improve his role as researcher in agricultural-health innovative research processes and in a multi-stakeholder processes.
