Grant Implementation Officer | MEAL & DME Specialist | Phnom Penh, Cambodia

I work at the intersection of programme design, monitoring, and evidence — currently serving as a Grant Implementation Officer at Good Neighbors Cambodia, where I lead MEAL/DME, grants/proposal writing, and data collection systems across education, advocacy, and infrastructure programming.

My work spans the full programme cycle: from designing baseline data collection frameworks and SOPs to writing project-end evaluations grounded in DAC criteria (relevance, effectiveness, sustainability). I hold a MEAL DPro certification from the Humanitarian Leadership Academy and a Master of Education in Educational Policy from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, South Korea.

Trilingual in Khmer, English, and Korean, I bring cross-cultural fluency shaped by years of study and work in South Korea, alongside grounded, on-the-ground experience across Cambodia's education, health, WASH, and advocacy sectors.

I'm drawn to work where rigorous evidence meets real programme impact — and I'm always open to connecting with others in the MEAL, grants, and international development space.
