Hi, I’m Vince. I’m a Chef cooking out of the Chicago/Milwaukee areas. I am a fan of food, cooking, and entrepreneurship. You can hire me for private events with a click on the button above.

I specialize in American, Latin, Native American, and Italian fusion cooking. I cook many varieties of these foods. Other food cooking areas incude some Jewish and Asian foods. Further, I do have a team of chefs that can cook any type of food. So if you desire other forms of culinary delights, from pastries to other ethnic foods; I can deliver the culinary services.

In my cooking, I can bring food ingredients which are "Beyond Organic." Meaning superior ingredients (non GMO, no pesticides, ect.) from privately sourced tribal groups.

I'm currently an Executive Chef / Kitchen Manager. At night; I manage some select private catering/food events.

I have a background as an Executive Chef, Head Line Cook, Chef de Cuisine, Catering Manager, Restaurant Manager, Banquet Manager, Cook, Sous Chef, and Account Manager.

I'm knowledgeable in the preparation and cooking techniques of many types of foods. I am also knowledgeable in the management of the operations of restaurants, catering services, and banquet operations. More importantly, I know business and how to get things done - I deliver results.

I’ve built my career in a variety of leadership roles with a mix of large and small companies. I know how to cook, lead, manage, market, analyze, work with teams, and provide higher levels of customer services.

During my formal work years I have taken great care to get a wide spectrum of restaurant and cooking experience in my business background. My current and past work has strengthen my overall skill sets. I was formally trained by Executive Chef Steven Hilfer. I have also studied Chef Masterclass with Chef Gordon Ramsay.

Further, my work background has provided me with varying levels of responsibilities. I have been fortunate to enjoy success wherever I have worked. I can bring this same level of success to your events.

SPECIAL NOTE: I do have access to high quality ingredients (organic) from private tribal farms accross the country. These farms are not open to the public. So I can deliver to clients some of the best (most nutrient rich) food sources. This includes grains, proteins, vegetables, fruits, and herbs.
